All changes to Pinkweddingsites websites are made using your personalised,
password-protected online control panel. Simply log in using the client
log-in area on the front page of Pinkweddingsites.com entering the username
and password provided with your sign up confirmation details. Pinkweddingsites
usernames are always the primary email address supplied on sign-up while
the password is allocated with your sign-up confirmation email.
+ What if I forget my username and/or
password?
Pinkweddingsites have an automatic password warning screen if a username
and password do not match. If you have forgotten your password, click
the 'lost password' button and an email will be sent to the primary mail
address supplied at sign-up. If you have forgotten your username you
will need to contact Pinkweddingsites directly so we can reference your
details. It is for this reason, we suggest you use your primary email
address on sign-up (the one you use most frequently and intend to keep
active). In addition, you can also change your password to something
more memorable.
+ Can passwords be changed at a later
date to something more memorable?
Yes, your online control panel has the option to change passwords to
something more memorable. On sign-up to our system, you will be automatically
allocated a system password which can then be changed once you log into
your control panel.
+ Can I add extra products and services
later?
Yes, Pinkweddingsites's scaleable modular site system means that users
can add new products and services at a later date should they require
them.
+ After payment, how long will it take
for my site to go live?
Pinkweddingsites site activation is instant on receipt of funds from
your credit card. Our system will activate the new account immediately,
with your sign-up confirmation email being sent at this time too. In
this way, you can start building immediately by logging into your control
panel and making changes to the site.
+ Will I receive a user guide explaining
the services used across my wedding website?
In addition to receiving your sign-up confirmation email complete with
username and password details, a PDF userguide is supplied immediately
to new users explaining exactly how the Pinkweddingsites websites operate.
This comprehensive user guide explains all aspects of the Pinkweddingsites
website systems however, should you still require more help, there is
also a highly detailed interactive user guide online within the site
control panels which can be referred to. This guide provides an animated
walkthrough of all supplied services on your account.

Yes, unlike almost all other wedding website systems, Pinkweddingsites's
proprietary control panel system gives you dedicated access to your webpages,
allowing for them to remotely updated by you. The system is extremely
easy to use and is accessed from the client log-in area on the front
page of the Pinkweddingsites site.
+ I'm
worried about security - I don't want just anyone to
access my site?
Pinkweddingsites employs the very latest online security systems to maintain
your site can only be edited by you and viewed by your invited guests.
We realise how special and personal your wedding is and, consequently,
we would never compromise you or your guests.
+ I would like to post my wedding pictures
- how do I do this?
By logging into your personalised, password-protected online control
panel, you will get access to the Gallery area of your site where you
can upload your pictures for viewing by your invited guests. The upload
function is comprehensively detailed in the user guide that is sent with
your account sign-up email and further help can also be found in the
animated online documentation within your control panel.
+ I am having a problem with my site
- what can I do?
All aspects of our wedding websites are explained in the comprehensive
user guide that is dispatched with each new account set up. Should you
not resolve your problems there, there is also an animated online user
guide held within each control panel.
+ Does Pinkweddingsites have a support
team?
Yes, if all else fails, our support team can be contacted using the Contact
link above.
+ I would like to post my wedding video
online - how do I do this?
Although the vast majority of our services are fully automated and can
be set up by our users independently, the technology does not exist yet
to allow us to automate video upload. Consequently, the Pinkweddingsites
staff must do this manually. There is an option within our Control Panel
to request video uploads, whereupon a member of our staff will contact
you and arrange for your video to be published.
+ What picture formats are suitable
for my wedding website?
All common formats are suitable for use on your wedding website, including
JPG (jpeg), PNG (Portable Network Graphics) and BMP (bitmap). Our upload
compression software automatically optimises your images for faster download
across the site while the full, hi-res version can also be downloaded
by clicking the thumbnail gallery of your images.
+ What video formats are suitable for
my wedding website?
Pinkweddingsites can handle and optimise all common video formats. As
this is not an automated feature of our websites, please contact the
Pinkweddingsites team directly using the video button in your online
control panel.
+ How many times can I update my wedding
website?
Unlimited updates are allowed across all our website products for the
duration of your contract. Unlike many other competitor sites, our system
is fully automated allowing you to make unlimited changes, additions
and edits to your pages - at any time, through your password-protected,
online control panel. The control panel gives you full control over all
add/edit/delete functions, including allowing you to make an unlimited
number of pages and upload unlimited images.
+ Are there are any extra charges for
changing my site?
Editing, adding or deleting pages is fully contained within the Basic
price of the site, meaning you can make unlimited changes to the site,
as many times as you want. The only time charges are applied is if you
decide to take out additional site components, such as streaming video.
On signing up to an extra product, you will be charged however basic
site use is completely free, with unlimited additional pages and edits.
+ How do I add a new product/service
to my website?
Your control panel has extensive options available for upgrading your
wedding website's range of features and services. Pinkweddingsites staff
will then confirm your purchase and advise of any input required by you.
Your credit card will then be charged with these extra products.
+ How often do I pay for my wedding
site?
Subscription to Pinkweddingsites is on a two year basis. One month before
your account is nearing expiration a warning email will be sent inviting
you to renew your application. One day before actual expiration, another
mail will be sent inviting renewal. Should you decide at this time not
to renew your account, it will remain active (though not accessible)
for a period of one month from expiry - meaning account reactivation
is still possible during this period (if, for example, you were on holiday
at the point of renewal). One month after expiry, your account will be
deleted and all images and textblklt automatically deleted from your
account.
+ After payment, how long will it take
for my wedding website to go live?
Pinkweddingsites's online ordering system activates sites immediately
once payment has been verified. At this point, your registration details
are sent to you by email and will arrive, in most cases, immediately
to your designated email address. Once you have these details, you can
log-in to the control panel and start building your site immediately.
+ Are there any extra charges in running
and hosting my wedding website?
Pinkweddingsites's annual subscription includes everything you need to
start running and building your website. The price is all-inclusive and
allows you to add/edit/delete pages on your site - with the ability to
add unlimited pages and make unlimited changes using the control panel.
There are absolutely no extra charges over and above this base subscription
fee. However, the online control panel does also allow for the purchase
of extra services such as streaming video - and these extra services
do come at premium.
